The words Platting and Survey often run together in the real estate world. Although they are very different, they can be critical in the buying process. Buying land is much different that purchasing a home in a subdivision. Minimum lot size requirements are another issue when trying to plan Septic and Water wells on property.   • Explain the minimum lot size requirements to plat a property
